About Credit Expert
Credit Expert was launched in 2024 as a new broker committed to traditional values of care and service for our customers. The business may be new, but the Credit Expert team has many years of credit experience, especially in car finance and helping people with poor or no credit history who might find it difficult to get car finance approval from mainstream lenders.
The Credit Issue
At least 1 in 3 adults may have difficulty accessing credit from mainstream lenders, a 50% increase in the size of this population since 2016, according to PwC, which estimates that 20.2m adults in the UK are now defined as financially under-served.
Our Mission
Credit Expert is here to help this population finance a car. Our panel lenders decisions are based on digital data, ‘old-fashioned’ one-to-one interviews, and evidence gathering with our customers. The aim is always to find a way to provide an affordable credit approval. We aim to work quickly, but we will never sacrifice speed for care.
